CONTEXT
It is in this context that Agrisud has been working with its partners since 2013.
OBJECTIVES
Developing local supply chains according to a win-win principle:
- The Club Med village benefits from quality local agroecological products, traceability and a positive image valued with its customers;
- Family farms improve their practices to produce quality products, in quantity and regularity, and benefit from new sales channels.
RESULTS
- 2 groups of family farms supported: the Bukit Mesari group since 2014 and the Buana Sari group since 2021
- 1 agro-ecological fruit and vegetable supply chain set up with Club Med Bali Village (80 t sold on average each year)
- 1 commercial partnership established between farm groups and Club Med Bali Village
